Konstantinos Yfantis

Kostas Yfantis provides strategic and operational leadership across CITL’s portfolio, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Services, Instructional Support & Training, Program Support/Project Management, Communications, and Administration. He ensures CITL operates cohesively and delivers high-quality services that support educators and learners, strengthen teaching, and advance innovation across our campus. He works closely with the Director of CITL, his colleagues across the center, and campus partners to align resources with institutional priorities.

Kostas follows a people-centered leadership philosophy, bridging strategy, technology, and day-to-day execution. His work reflects a commitment to clarity, accountability, and strong human partnerships that support staff development and foster collaboration across the campus community.

Beyond CITL, he finds energy in traveling with his people, teaching swimming, and tending to the communities he serves with curiosity and openness: passions that renew his sense of purpose and keep him connected to the human side of life.
